The follow up appointments and getting the final details squared away went as smooth we could've hoped, under the circumstances. On the day of the services, the attendants were present without being a distraction...fulfilling the roles necessary without distracting from the service. At the end of the funeral, the main one in charge (forgive me not remembering his name) did a bit of a speech to close out the service as wheel out the casket. It touched on my grandmother's career as a nurse and made the family feel at ease with the goings on surrounding the day. It was the best I could've hoped for in an otherwise heartbreaking time. I couldn't imagine a better outcome for the day. My grandmother would've been pleased with it all.

They handled every step of the way with great professionalism and grace. My family was calling me everyday for her death certificate. Hall and Hall sympathized with my frustrations and called me everyday with updates. The death certificate finally arrived and they called me late Sunday evening to let me know. I call that caring. I have asked for turf ti be done by a professional business with signed contract in hand. No response! I asked to have a bench at the grave site, I was told 149.00 admin fee even though I ordered through a reputable vault company, when the bench arrived 5 months later I was told almost 1100 needed to be paid for the bench to be placed at the road or under a tree. $1100.00, $1100.00 to sit a bench there. I called to file a complaint with a promise of an admin emailing me within 3-5 days, No response and it's over week #2. I can go on but why bother? I am considering moving my family member to Crown Hill and just keep my rights to my 9 spaces.
