One problem for me has been when a company offers free shipping as "Vistek" does, but excluded NWT, Yukon, and Iqaluit, even though Yukon is closer to their Edmonton and Calgary stores than Winnipeg that would get free shipping. And I have spoke with them about it, but their shipping policy is written in stone. So when pre-ordering an expensive Canon R5 MKii camera, battery, and accessories, I did not want to pay extra shipping charges. Contacting The Camera Store they assured me free shipping was indeed included, so I placed my order. I got excellent service, staff interaction (Liz was prompt to answer questions, and update me on my pre-order progress), and shipping was fast. Thank you Kerri. I made a few purchases since, and still even though not that expensive, the service was excellent. This will be my starting store for camera shopping until they do not carry what I am looking for.
