Lisa was not focused on my daughter during her session and would continually cut my daughter off before she could ask or answer a question. The session ended in tears. We asked for our remaining money to be refunded. For weeks we were sent emails that criticized both my daughter and myself. She bullied us with name calling and demeaning words about my family. She finally admitted that she was wrong to keep our money and she would return within four weeks. She has since decided not to and has begun to demean my daughter and her test taking skills. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO OR TREATED THIS WAY BY SOMEONE WHO SAYS THEY ARE A PROFESSIONAL!!!
