From the first time you meet with Danielle, it will be clear to you that you are not in for the usual math learning experience. She is cool, laid back and has a great sense of humor, which means everything to someone like me with major math anxiety. Furthermore, you will NEVER feel stupid working with Danielle; She is the poster child of patience, laughing it off, trying to explain it another way and helping you work through whatever mental roadblock you're hitting. If you had told me a few months ago that I would actually look FORWARD to learning math, I just couldn't have believed it, because I never even thought learning math was something I was capable of. But now? Working through problems all by myself while Danielle watches on and silently nods in approval. Getting 100% on EVERY homework assignment. No joke. Danielle has literally worked miracles for me. Oh, and did I mention how ridiculously affordable her services are? When I began searching for tutors, I was getting quotes in the $55-$65/hour range, and I actually contemplated it because, well, more money means they must be REALLY awesome, right? This location is horrible. Allowed my daughter to be kicked in the back and the head with no…read moreincident report, no communication from the staff, the director Ashley Berquist told me "if my daughter told me what is going on then why does an adult need to come behind her and let me know as well". I don't pay my daughter to watch herself. The fact this statement was said is ridiculous. I have tried calling the school several times and so has the customer service number and no one could reach them so I had to leave my job to go up there. Ty heir communication is horrible, I had to take my daughter to the hospital due to pain from being kicked in the back and in the head and this was not the first incident of her being physically harmed. I had to force them to write incident reports. Tools me that if they had to stop to write incidents reports they would need to hire a new person for that. My daughter has been hit in her head repeatedly, a child has dug their nails in to her arm because she didn't want to play with them and again no call or incident was reported. Then I was told the only way an incident is written up is if the child is physically damaged (bleeding or bruised) and the only thing that was communicated was she was accidentally scratched which was a lie. I have taken photos, proof, etc... of this negligence and will be reporting this.
