Absolutely horrendous experience…read more Dealt with Jim Cleland and it was not fun at all. Endless mistakes, horrible communication. Clearly did not care. While sending an email to respond to a matter, sent to their DoNotReply address. In the email, he spelled the biz name wrong and differently in separate sections of the email. Took a letter that I drafter, rephrased it and added very little, to respond to a separate matter. Charged 20% more than originally agreed upon! Refused all communication when confronted about the discrepancy. Very poor representation of the firm..
