Meet the Manager: Shaun B.

I’m Shaun, and I’m proud to help lead the team here at Matt Cole State Farm. I’ve called Middle Tennessee home since 2001 and have a deep appreciation for the families and small businesses that make Franklin such a special place to live. I take a "boots-on-the-ground" approach to insurance. In my early twenties, I worked on a commercial fishing boat in Alaska—an experience that taught me the true value having a plan before the storm hits. I bring that same level of grit and attention to detail to every policy I write, whether it's a complex Homeowners bundle in Cool Springs or a Life Insurance plan for a growing family. My goal is to make the insurance process as smooth and transparent as possible. When I’m not at our Holiday Ct office (just minutes from the Historic Factory at Franklin), I’m usually enjoying everything the local Franklin community has to offer. Whether you have a quick question or need a total coverage refresh, I’m here to help you move forward with confidence.
