One person left, Mrs. Carolyn Fields. She could have easily told me she had closed the system down. I'm sure she had a long day and wanted to get home. She had closed the register, but I was able to run next door to grab cash. She asked about trip and was delightful! I…read moresimply wish to review the exact language of the policy without having to pay $35 to sign up for a policy, and then having to cancel within 30 days if the terms aren't acceptable (and forfeit the one time non-refundable $35 application fee). I spoke with Tricia (supervisor) and Rafael (subordinate) who are the only two people working in the direct sales dental department. They steered me to a web page but it only has a limited amount of plan details and a limited plan summary. These don't contain the exact terms of the policy. Tricia seems like a nice person, so I'm not sure why she isn't willing to help track down the full policy PDF and send it to me so I can make a fully informed decision on whether or not to spend nearly $800 per year on one of their policies. If someone from Morgan White Group happens to spot this review and can help me out, I will be more than happy to update or delete this review accordingly.

Sadly - I had Delta Dental Insurance through Morgan White for 6 years and I learned that I was…read morepaying the highest monthly premium for the lowest annual benefit. I was paying $83 and getting benefits at the $36 level. When I asked to have a monthly benefit commensurate with what I was paying - they said they couldn't do that without a waiting period of 6-8 months. They also said the dental insurance world was not subject to the same disclosure laws as the health insurance world so they did not have to inform me of the other plan levels available when they increased my monthly premium rate each year...... I called Delta Dental directly (No need for Morgan White broker in California) and now have a much less expensive plan with better annual benefit. Waiting period waved. Very disappointing. I will continue to find places to report this group. It is unethical what they are doing.
