I called my bank to speak to someone about a loan. The lady was nice. We discussed various…read moreoptions. She locked me in with a certain percentage rate and length of loan. After that I waited and waited before I heard from someone. I went to First Commonwealth on mile level a couple of months ago and the bank manager there, she changed everything. She got a code number to over ride what I was locked into and changed my percentage rate and length of the loan. Now my payments were double of what I agreed to. Plus she was trying to have me take out a second loan to pay off the first loan. I was so mad. I left and didn't take the loan. I went to another bank and got a loan with better variables. Yesterday I went to First Commonwealth to start having deductions from my checking into another account and the bank manager said they can't do that, I'd have to go on line and do it. What kind of banking is this? An enapt one. I am thinking about totally changing my bank.
