Terrible business, rude owner( who claims to be the new ownership) refused to work with me about gift cards that were purchased with their old system. The new system does not read the gift cards. Instead of offering any support, discount or a new gift card she automatically went to excuses why she would not help me. So I threw the gift cards in the trash and told her she lost my business. There is no need to have an unprofessional attitude and not be willing to work with customers who have supported local shops for years. read more

The coffee here is delicious! I got the Matter More Mocha and it hit the spot. Be prepared...it is sweet! They can do your drinks hot, iced, or frozen and blended which is cool and unique. The cashier was super nice and the place itself is really cute. The couch is very comfortable and there is plenty of space. People were here chatting with friends or studying solo. We stopped by on way to Wilmington area and we're pleasantly surprised at this cute coffee spot tucked away in a shopping center. They have hot coffee and cold coffee and sweet snacks in counter! The staff was very nice and patient while we tried to make a selection. I got a hot pumpkin mocha and it was perfect! The seating area was very comfortable and there were all kinds of folks enjoying their coffee and it was very calming. They had gifts you could purchase and pictures on wall for sale. A very interesting and cozy spot to have a coffee.. I will definitely stop in again when I head to Wilmington again.. it's a much better choice than Starbucks for sure !! read more

So I have driven past this little coffee shop, with its perfect drive through about 100 times since moving to Wilmington. I always forgot where it was on my way back and unfortunately would end up passing it by. This day however I was in desperate need of caffeine and made sure I didn't miss it. Pulling up to the drive-through I asked the very friendly girl on the other end of the speaker what their last drink was and she recommended the matter more mocha. As it was too hot for a warm drink I got it iced and of course had to add whip cream. You've got a live a little right? They took my name and within minutes I had a delightful beverage in my hand. Everything about the service was amazing to the fact that he even asked my name which is something smaller shops don't usually do. I love a great cup of coffee and especially a good latte. This place does not disappoint. Not only do they have good coffee/espresso but their goodies are homemade. I tried the Matter More mocha which is made up of white chocolate and caramel (yum right?!), iced. It was a good amount of sweet and I can see why it's their signature drink. I also tried their homemade cherry scone. It was not dry at all and the cherries were a perfect touch. I have also tried a vanilla latte and got it with oat milk. So I am happy that they not only have whole and skim milk but also oat and almond milk. One of the best parts about this place, they have a drive through! Nicest coffee on 17. The nutty Irishman line are spot on. The lavender matcha is definitely something to try on a hot day. Oh, and the burritos (fav: sausage egg & cheese) are surprisingly flavorful. I have to share this... I usually take advantage of the drive thru but one day I went inside. It made me smile to see the barista making my coffee latte snap a photo before she put the top on. I have only had the GF baked goods and have yet to be disappointed; big fan of the GF pumpkin cinnamon rolls, so hopefully they will be back in season soon.
