My granddaughter was taken by CPS and he told me he would have her back to us by the end of the week and took our money then later told me there was nothing he could do because he didn't understand why CPS didn't like me. DUH.. They didn't like me cause I was fighting for my granddaughter! They told me she was having surgery and I couldn't be there but her mother could. James Clark told me I could go to the hospital anyway and when I did, CPS punished me and wouldn't let me see or visit my granddaughter for 4 months! We were suing the hospital and doctor for neglect that led to my granddaughter being born at 23 weeks and weighing only 1 pound and 6 ounces. The hospital made false allegations against us and they work hand in hand with CPS and they made sure my granddaughter was taken away. No baby, no lawsuit. This happened in 2008. My granddaughter is now 12 years old and was adopted by her foster parents. The state gets 7,200 for each child they remove from their home and if their considered special needs, which she was, the state gets another 2,000. All from the government.
