I contacted Levi at White Mountain Property services about his ad for window cleaning. He did not…read moreshow after confirming appointment. He finally replied that he would come two days later. He came late but did appear. I have tilt-in windows. He apparently either took them completely out to clean or misunderstood how they worked. He did not ask. Now at least half of them are broken. When he put them back he did not attach to clips so the tops slide open unless locked. Some of the bottoms were put in below the clips so cannot open. I have contacted him twice to come back and reinstall the windows correctly and have never had a response. So after two weeks I am posting this. He claims to be insured so there is no reason not to either return to fix the problem or have it fixed.
