He is always more than happy to explain and discuss any procedure I may need as well as discussing all options that are available to me. I am missing two of my teeth and I've passed that gene along to two of my children as well. Recently my adult son decided to get veneers and Dr. Lazar did a perfect job on his teeth. They look so beautiful and natural that no one would ever know that he was missing two teeth and also the color is perfect as well. We are all so appreciative and happy with his new smile. He knew I was struggling, I was very vocal about my struggles but he was more concerned about the lab fees. He didn't advise to see specialists, a speech pathologist, anything. He had no clue what was going. He also dropped crowns in my mouth that I would've swallowed, multiple times. When I was talking about my concerns he would often squint at me as if I was talking crazy and then shrugged and moved on. They do not take responsibility for anything and they also did not care one bit when I was their patient...it was always about $$. They were more worried about having to pay the lab fees to re-do crowns than me being comfortable or trying to figure out why I was uncomfortable. Dentistry is a money making business and I learned that the hard way. If you are looking for major surgery or getting a smile make over...Do not come here. I'm still depressed and deformed. I don't know what is my teeth or my lips. They created a hole in my mouth. Therapy and speech therapy haven't been working. I've had suicidal thoughts every day. I can't stress enough that my life went downhill when Harvey Goldwasser cracked my jaw in half and they put two Chic-lets in my lower mouth and that was their idea of "dentistry excellence." I am…read moreoverwhelmed by the kindness and patience that not only Dr. Doug showed, but also Susan his assistant as well. He listened to a lengthy update, really observed his behavior and decided that since my nephew likes to watch videos of himself, he had Susan video everything he was doing and showed it to him in between procedures. He also counted from 1-20 when examining his teeth because my nephew also loves numbers. I was holding him on my lap and his body was totally relaxed during the exam. Dr. Doug also put a note in his record so he would remember to count at the next visit as well. What a fantastic experience. EVERYONE should bring their children to see Dr. Doug....just a fantastic professional AND human being.
