I have ordered 3 items from them - snail repelent, vegetable protection tunneland an extension of…read morethese tunnels. In the first order I received only the snail repellent. After complaint that I did not receive all the items that I already payed for, it took them few days to find out they forgot to include the extension to the vegetable protection tunnel, which they have sent, but I am still missing the 2 tunnels I ordered and they are claiming they have sent them to me. Customer service is really slow and really not helpful. Not to mention the tunnels cost 57 EUR and since they are claiming they have sent them to me I guess I can say goodby to that money. Unfortunately all I can say about them is, don´t go there!!!
