My first experience was yesterday morning after dropping furniture on my toes the night before…read more First impression: busy but very friendly staff. Clean, well-lit, enough seating, water and coffee in the general waiting room. My partner had to run errands and asked for a general idea how long the appointment would take. About 45 minutes was the reply and it was accurate. I left the treatment room 45 minutes later. The long wait for my prescription was a puzzle. As to my experience with the doctor, perhaps 55-60 years old, he was patient, caring, seemingly competent and very hard to understand. My German is good but I've spent the last 18 years in and around Frankfurt so the local dialect is unfamiliar and the gentleman had a thick one. There were a number of long pauses as I processed what I was hearing and reconciled it with my vocabulary. The same impressions were confirmed when I returned the following day for a change of bandage, although the place was packed and I had to wait 45 minutes beyond my appointment time. I understood that the wound looked clean and we would take an x-ray. As the assistant rewrapped the toe another assistant came in with a referral to a surgeon for an appointment a week later. "Wait a minute! What?" For an x-ray. Oh, with a different doctor. I got it. On day three I got in late because of an emergency in the parking lot. Understandable. The place seemed understaffed for the crowd. My bandage was removed and the wound photographed then off went the attendant. Feels like a much nicer ER at the moment. I assume I'm just waiting for rebandaging but I'm not sure. This place seems good for a regular surprise. No, turns out I was waiting for my doctor. Quick, efficient, caring but lacking the personal attention I get from my family doctor. I guess that's what you expect from a good healthcare center.

Fantastic dentist!…read more Dr. Zschebek has been our family's dentist for many years. Originally he lived below my parents apartment. Over time, he has become a good friend and colleague also. We drive two hours so we can be treated by him and his staff. The cleanings are fantastic and gentle. I almost fell asleep while the drill was removing tartar. No rough scraping with a dental pick. I've also had fillings and gold on-lays done here. A wonderful dentist practice!

Even as an American without insurance, having a cavity filled and a cleaning was under 100€!read more
