Getting appointments can be a bit tricky especially upfront (you are faced with a receptionist who asks whether it is urgent). The check-in system is now computer driven which is very modern. It is only open from 8-5 so not great if you are working.

They have all sorts of clinics here now even minor surgery. You dont have to queue to say you have arrived for you appointment, you can now use the touch screen arrival computer. There is an automatic wide door and lift for disabled and pushchair users. Now open from 7.30am to 6.30pm you can usually get an appointment to fit in nicely with work. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else

The receptionists sit in a conservatory type room with lots of foliage so most welcoming. There are plenty of seats and parking and the chemist is situated right next door. A lovely practice.

The staff are highly trained and seemed motivated, they are always professional and polite. The prices are good, and the quality of service recveived is high. She will go out of her way to help a patient, and ensure that all action has been taken. She listens, she doesnt just bark orders and send you away with a prescription. She also has made follow up calls for more serious matters. A great GP

However, if you ARE sick and do NEED medication she doesnot hesitate to diagnose and prescribe. Very good with children.
