My experience at this establishment was amazing. I just moved to the area and needed a bed. I walked in to 1 store and they wanted $3,800.00 for one. I am not paying that much. I made a phone call and Jeremy ensured me.someone was at rhe location to help me. It was near closing time and I was worried. Pros: Customer Service Knowledge Good pricing Cons: Parking Finding the establishment So I contacted them twice as I got lost. Sky ensured he kept the store open for me even though it was closing time. I was not hurried, rushed, or given the "I am closing" voice. He answered.my questions, pointed me to multiple models, and took his time with me. We left with a fantastic queen for a grand. The next day I went to the shop and he loaded it, packed it into my truck, and ensured if I needed help he was close by. I MISS THIS KIND OF SERVICE. Do not waste your time, especially if your going thinking your going to get a deal. We drove a good hour there with an appointment He told me on phone he would be there by certain time he was on delivery. Now I understand things happen but he didn't bother calling me or anything. I had to call him to see if he was still coming. Then still ended up waiting about two hours. To top off they advertise queen size mattress starting at $100.00. Then when you get there he starts trying to get you to look at the other mattresses which are way higher. You ask to see the $100.00 mattresses and they are a joke. Ended up paying over $300 dollars for mattress that wasn't worth it, plus he kept walking away with other customers that were just coming in instead of helping me.
