They told me the frame was not needed and were taking it back for credit. The mattress broke down and I filed a claim. They refused to honor the claim saying it was stained and did not have the correct frame. The stain was not even in the area of the breakdown and the employees setting it up said the new frame was not needed. I purchased the set at the Roanoke Va. Store but think all customer service comes from a central location. From now on I will stick with Grand Interiors where customer satisfaction is still a concern.
