He asked questions about my life style, sleeping habits, pricerange, and if I had any probelms while I sleep. He first started me on an adjustible mattress with the firmest setting and then released the air until I became comfortable. He then had me do a sleep test that only lasted 4 minutes to determine which mattress would be best. We walked through the list and he had me lay on each bed and talked to me about the difference between the mattresses and even pointed out that my hips weren't alligned correctly and suggested that I don't go with certain ones. He worked with me to ensure that I found the best mattress that is wihtin my price range and honored a sale that had ended a few days back to ensure I get the best price on the mattress.
