When I dropped by Mattress Firm, I was warmly greeted by sleep expert Alexis. I told her that I was looking for a mattress that could relieve pressure on my hips and shoulders, reduce tossing and turning, could be elevated, and would help keep me cool at night. She was able to show me a few mattresses that met my criteria, and was able to smoothly answer any questions I had about the differences in materials, how well the mattresses hold up over time, what is (and isn't) covered under warranty, return policies, and best care. Usually don't review or only do positive reviews. Compelled to make an exception as in opinion buyers beware. Cannot recommend the mattress firm store on Dawson as did not stand by their product for return on a small item which was misrepresented (and poor quality) ordered on the word of the store after purchasing an expensive mattress. Did not revive HCW discount advertised by mattress firm company. Actually, the mattress is doubtful and told there is a x day trial period " worry free" when actually there is a restocking fee and given the trouble over a small item concerned about the word will be good on mattresses. Good selection of mattresses at this store from the major manufacturers. Prices were competitive, I shop sales and did not find the Sealy Excellence pillow top queen cheaper anywhere else.
