Found a whole set I liked and also an extra damaged matching chair in the "clearance" section. Wanted to buy it all and pay in full that night. Since the damage on the extra chair was on front and very noticeable, I requested a discount on the that chair price. Was told by the salesman the manager had to call me on Monday for that. He did, late Monday afternoon, and took the stance that he had already discounted it some and that was all he would do. They lost a sale of 5 other pcs of furniture over not wanting to work with me over a damaged piece. I went back 3 weeks later just to see and the set was still there. I am fully aware that one 4k sale is not going to make or break this business but it should matter.

They say the manager is the only one that can do something about it but yet she is never there. All the care about is money. They don't care about the service or the community.

I bought a sofa there .they don't have people to bring the furniture like most furniture stores…read moredo a man came out with a trailer hooked to the back of his truck.him and his son that was about 20 years old came out to bring a heavy leather sofa out .the kid was not string enough to pick the sofa up..my neighbor had to help get it in. I told him he would have to bring it around back .he almost tore it up getting it in the front door.this apartment has a wall as you walk into the front door..it was a mess..then they wanted to charge 50.00 to put the legs on it..my son put the legs on it..they charged 75.00 for bringing it out.. I will never buy anything else from them .they need men to bring heavy stuff out not a child and his daddy..
