Great salesman named John. He was very patient with me and my two boys running everywhere.

I purchased my mattress set on Saturday and was delivered on Sunday! Talk about as good as it gets. The sales man was awesome and was very informative about every detail we asked. The warehouse called Saturday evening to tell us delivery would be between 7 and 11 am. The delivery men called 40 minutes before delivery and were very efficient. No mess, no problems and were done in 20 minutes. They delivered at 7:10 am and was done 7:30. That's removing the old set also. Couldn't asked for a better experience!!! read more

WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I will say that I agree with the other reviewer that John is a very good and honest guy. But the rest of this company is a joke. My advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM because it will cost you a lot of time and money. I never actually got the mattress I paid for and had to spend a lot of time working with someone in the corporate office to get my money back. The delivery driver pulled two stunts to avoid showing up at the designated time and for hours after, then tried to claim that he had been at my house when he had not been. I lost a day of paid time off and the mattress never got here. Then, George, another salesman in the store, basically called me a liar for saying that I had been at my house when the delivery guy said he was there. I had been sitting in front of my house during the period and the delivery guy clearly described a different house, but still insisted that he'd done his job. In my view, this company is about hiring on great people like John as a front for a lot of tricks and baits and switches they pull on their customers, treating them like s___ once they fork out the money. I am 50 years old and in my entire life never had as bad an experience as I did with this company. read more

I purchased a Serta Kerrick mattress from this store. We had visited the store 3 different times, each time we spent at least 15/20 mins laying on the mattress. We decided to by it when we were told that the "special presidents day deal" would end that day. Upon delivery of the mattress we were very dissapointed. The mattress was hard and not at all like what we had tested in the store. I had a bad feeling right away. The first night on the mattress was terrible. We both tossed an turned and did not get any sleep. I have had back and hip pain since sleeping on this mattress. The mattress is just too firm which is not what we thought we were buying. We decided to go back to the store the next day and talk about our options. At that point, I was open to an exchange. Until I was told a series of lies. The salesperson that was there when we went in laughed and told us that they get people saying they don't like their mattresses all the time. When we purchased the mattress we were told that they really don't get complaints about this mattress. Lie #1. She then told us to give it 30 days and then they would exchange it. While I understand this logic, this is not a good option in this situation. My complaint is not that my mattress isn't comfortable enough. It's not comfortable AT ALL and not at all what I thought I was buying. When I tried to explain the fact that we cannot continue to sleep on this mattress she suggested we sleep on the couch until the 30 days was up and then I could exchange it! I could not believe that I had just spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars on a mattress only to be told to sleep on the couch. I expressed my irritation about that suggestion only to have her suggest that I purchase a foam topper for my mattress and see if that makes it better. I cannot believe that this is the customer service that the store is offering. This is not a situation where I purchased something and regretted it. I simply did not get the same quality of mattress that they had on the showroom floor. The woman told me that was because the one on the showroom floor had been broken in. I was never told that the mattress would need to be broken in before it would become comfortable. I would not have purchased it if that was the case. That was another lie. I was then told that any time you buy a new mattress you will be uncomfortable for about a month because your muscles have memory and are used to you old bed. This is a stretch to say the least. This is not the first mattress I have ever bought. I have never had an issue with my previous mattresses. I also have never had an issue sleeping at a hotel. According to this theory, I should not be able to sleep anywhere other than home. I was also told that I should walk on the bed to soften it up?? I feel as though I was tricked with a bait and switch. I have tried calling customer service 2 times today and have not received a call back. I am less than satisfied. read more
