We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

I called at 2 weeks and was told the truck was coming the next day, no calls again? I called again after 3 days waiting to hear and talked to a Ryan who was insanely rude, told me he had no idea where our couch was and couldn't tell me when a truck would arrive? Not sure how they wouldn't know when inventory arrives.  We finally got the call yesterday that they arrived and we needed to set up delivery. They told my wife that they don't deliver to Manhattan MT very often which is the exact opposite thing the salesmen told us. We literally live maybe 20 minutes from the warehouse. They won't deliver for another month which is absolutely unacceptable. I will be getting my Money back for this delivery issue, I'm going to go pick them up myself cause like I said 20 min, and I paid you $180 dollars which seems steep for that close of a delivery.  This is the 2nd time we have purchased from the Bozeman store and the 2nd time we have been lied to and treated like absolute crap! First time we purchased we never actually recieved our couch after waiting over 2 months they finally gave me the floor model with zero discount or money back. We tried to give this company a 2nd chance and to be treated like this is absolutely terrible. We spent $2000 dollars you think we could at least get friendly service and honesty! I assumed I was stuck with it, since it was a custom order, but Steve was very kind and understanding. He not only said they would pick up the sofa, but he gave us a loaner sofa to use. We chose a different sofa that was on display and they delivered it within 2 hours!! It's wonderful to know we have good businesses in Bozeman that still offer personal, caring service. My partner and I chose Rikki's because I wanted to replace my 10-year-old Serta mattress. Steve, the manager, really listed to what we wanted and pointed us to an ideal mattress for both of us. When I mentioned Serta online had a deal for 2 free pillows, he let us pick out two we liked, for free, which was nice. When I mentioned concerns about formaldehyde and off-gassing, he promised to open the bag when the mattress was delivered Tues and suggested Thur delivery to me to let it off-gas. I thought ok time off work Thur to have the mattress delivered and was surprised when it came in the original shopping bag. I was also surprised that it appeared to be MUCH softer than the one I wanted as I'd specifically requested firm. But figured it might be the week delay so slept on it that night, the worst sleep I've EVER had. Do I took time off Friday to go to the store and check. Turns out instead of the $2150 mattress I ordered and paid for, the one delivered cost only $400! When I pointed this out to Steve, both he and Rikki blamed Serta - oh sorry, they sent us the wrong one, oh sorry all their codes are so similar we did not know. But. Why wasn't the shipment from Serta checked if they'd had issues? Why was the mattress NOT off-gassed as promised by Steve? Why was the delivery NOT checked BEFORE being loaded and delivered to my house? Any of those things would have discovered the replacement of a $400 mattress instead one that cost $2150! Makes me feel like it was an intentional swap and despite their promises to "make it right" it hadn't been made right. Granted, Steve did have delivered a firm mattress for me to use until mine came in but once again I had to take time off to go home and this time I had to HELP the delivery kid. This experience has been so negative on so many levels. They can't even tell me when my actual bed will be here. Disgusting
