Googled and found Mattress Mike which was near me and didn't know existed. Took a chance and decided to drop by in person to see what was available which was on a Saturday. I found a nice three piece set: couch, loveseat, and chair that was available. Decided to check another place and found the same set for slightly cheaper. Came back to talk with Alberto (who was super nice and worked with me patiently) on comparing prices. He was able to match for the cheaper price if I was able to buy that set that day or next day and get delivery by Monday. I went ahead and got it. Fast forward to Monday. I got a call from Alberto saying their delivery guys could only find two of the three pieces for my order to deliver. I could get a black/white set (in picture below) or try another set that was similar at no additional charge since their was an error on the factory end. He sent a text with the picture of the available option which I also really liked and I decided to go with it. They delivered it by 4pm on Monday. Delivery guys were super fast and polite. I would highly recommend using them again even with the slight hiccup they handle extremely well. Picture 1: set in the store they had to showcase. I originally ordered that set but in all black Picture 2: set that was available last minute that's was delivered. I love it!

I went with my boyfriend and our son to look for furniture for our new home on a Monday night. It looked busy but it wasn't overwhelming. This specific store is larger, but we didn't feel like it was too much! My boyfriend and I got to look around the whole store before a salesperson asked us if we needed help! That was surprising because in other stores, we were bombarded as soon as we enter the store. Our salesmen was ANTHONY OKOSUN and he was very helpful with our budget and requests. I went in looking to purchase a new mattress to replace the one I had for 15 years... My back was hurting me so much, and it was time to do something about it. Having seen the promotion going on with the mattress firm, I decided to walk in and see what they could do. The bundle, normally selling for over $500, he was able to give it to me for less than 400. I thought that was a great deal when we sat down to work out the financing and delivery details, he said everything would arrive the next day by delivery (Today, in fact... This review comes the day after of the sale). What a not so awesome surprise, when the delivery truck arrived, the delivery people, very nice gentleman by the way, brought in the new mattress, had me sign the receipt of delivery and of course took the old mattress. "Wait a minute! Where is the pillow/sheet bundle that I purchased?" The delivery people had no idea what I was talking about, and when they showed me closely the delivery receipt, there was no mention of the bundle! After they left I made an urgent call to the local show room, where salesman/liar Michael told me, "oh that's right, it comes from the manufacturer to you. It should arrive in a few days, or in a few weeks." I mean, WTF!!! Pardon my expletive! The sheets that I had for the mattress that the delivery people hold away, does not even fit this mattress! I have nothing to cover it with, and I have nothing to sleep on! Like I said earlier, if salesman/liar Michael had actually told me the truth, yes I would probably not have made the purchase, but I would've left with a good feeling that I had been taken care of and the truth would have been told. The lesson here: WATCH OUT AND DO NOT WORK WITH MICHAEL!!! If I could render this review with ZERO STARS, I would!
