I spent over two hours inspecting the chair and did purchase it. Once I purchased the chair, I requested they deliver and set up my chair. The day of delivery, it had snowed the previous night. The delivery men arrived within the time frame. They were helpful and very kind. The man in charge, answered all my questions and even assisted me in moving another chair in order to place the new chair where I needed it. He kept reassuring me that they were there to help. He plugged the chair in, once it was put together and went over all the different functions. I Strongly recommend this business and will definitely use them with any future needs. I've needed a new mattress and finally decided to pull the trigger and get it done. My goal was to arrive early on a Saturday and do this, but the store was surprisingly busy with several other customers and one sales person. The salesperson did move things along briskly, but answered all questions thoroughly. There are sanitary protections for all the beds you try, including on the test pillow. The first step they take is putting you on a computerized bed to read your body type and sleeping position. The computer give several mattress suggestions including options with more reinforcement, for huskier people such as myself. After trying about four mattresses, came up with a clear winner. Most of the test mattresses in the store are queen sized, but they offer models in all major sizes. They do have various accessories available should you need them. I found the mattress price to be fair and the charge for disposal of my old mattress to be reasonable. Mattress Warehouse will robocall you the evening before delivery with a three hour window, and they arrived only an hour into it. The gentleman who delivered my mattress were fast and professional. Overall, for a major purchase, the experience was rather painless and easy.

My $475 bed, after making $400 in payments as of today has now turned into a $900 bed from the interest added. The interest is higher than the bed itself! After fees added I will be paying almost $1,000 for a $475 mattress. If you can't buy it in reasonable time please save yourself the money.
