Companies are relieved of doing the ground work in finding great people. These employment agencies solicit the job candidates, do the background checks etc. allowing companies to focus on what they do best: Their Own Work! These employment agencies do get paid a fee. I have seen firsthand the results of matching a great candidate to the right employer. Overall, these employment agencies fill a great need and are really good at what they do. I recommend!

It's really difficult to rate any type of temp. to perm. company. On the positive side of things…read morethey do have connections with local manufacturing and distribution firms. In other words, they can get you in the door and get you employed. They are professional red tape cutters! On the negative side of things, most of the jobs offered here have a lower than usual starting pay. Companies like this one receive a part of your paycheck for a probation period of your employment. That's how staffing companies make their money. Off of your sweat! Whether these are good places or not is left up to your discretion!

You have to give them all your personal information when you go for an interview. I was just…read morewanting more information about one specific job that's it. If the job was what I was looking for and was offered to me me I would have been ok with giving them every thing they wanted but was not an option. I would not recommend them to anyone. Sorry Core manufacturing you missed a good candidate.
