It is near the Notre Dame Basilica de Quebec. Simons is a very small and quiet department store. Convenient for the tourist who forgot to pack something or now needs warmer clothing for the cold Quebec weather. We were surprised that Simons did not have a small giftware section where we might purchase a unique souvenir of our visit to Old Quebec that would not end up being a dusty tchotchke.

I opened a PayPal dispute, and Simons told me they would refund me immediately if I closed the dispute....I CLOSED THE DISPUTE AND THEY AGAIN REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. Located on Laurier Boulevard, a major hotel and commercial artery, Place Ste-Foy is well known for its distinctive high-end and high-fashion offerings.
