I drink lots of tea regularly and sometimes coffee, which left stains on my teeth including fillings and crowns. Dr. Marchiani and Julia did a specific cleaning using biofilm technology and custom polishing, which yielded an incredible result. The stains were gone and I left the office with a new brighter smile, without exaggeration. I am very happy with the results, actually I was not expecting such a difference. I sat in the chair with realistic expectations of some improvement. Dr. Marchiani, Julia and all staff are very professional, listen to concerns and are helpful. And then there's Dr. Srdjan Popovic: what a truly incredible dentist! He is highly skilled, immensely knowledgeable, and truly talented and what he does is truly remarkable: I can only describe it as pure art! On top of that, Dr. Popovic is super gentle, compassionate, fun!!! and he takes the time to explain everything with care and understanding. It is so rare to find someone who blends technical excellence with such a caring, patient-centered approach and he does it effortlessly! Everyone at Rockway Dentistry is amazing. On the first appointment, I met…read moreDr. Hussein's son; he was gentle and told me he could help me with commanding a good amount of money that I could afford for cleaning and filing a few of my teeth. after meeting Dr. Houssine at my second appointment, everything has changed; they started to charge me extra money for cleaning and each time I was going for cleaning, they were supposed to do a full hour but unfortunately was less. Moreover, they were never on time for the schedule each time I was going. Later then, in one of my appointments for one of my teeth, I waited half an hour more till he came to see me, and after he gave anesthesia to my tooth, I waited again for like 45 minutes; that was ridiculous because my appointment was at 12 pm and took 2 hours more till he did work on one of my tooth for 5 minutes lmao just 5 minutes he took to do it lmao and waited like couple hours! His assistant also knew that it is not fair to wait that very long, and I asked her where Dr. Hussine was and when he would come back, and she was saying I do not know and sorry about your waiting. And today Dr, Houssine called and told us he could not continue with us and go somewhere else because my teeth have so much work to be done, and he can not do it; what does that mean? are you leaving your customer in the middle of the road? After misleading us with the affordable money you suggested initially and after a while starting to charge us extra.
