She told me the "deal" she was offering me would expire that evening. I told her if I was interested I would call back. She said it doesnt work like that, you need to make an appointment with me now. I told her I didnt like how aggressive she was being but before I finished my sentence she hung up on me. I then got an email notification that my consultation had been canceled, presumably so there wouldn't be a record of the call in case I complained about her. A company that thinks this is customer service is not trustworthy enough to go to for laser procedures. I have already found a more professional, better priced company.
