I was told it would be store credit, include the printed receipt, and that it had to be a full price item not as sale item. After shipping the item back as instructed, I received an email stating that because I removed the price tag (because it was a gift), I could not return it. The style of price tags used by the store make it impossible to remove the price without removing or destroying the price tag. What's sad is they lost a customer and future sales over a ten cent price tag, that can be easily reprinted. I still have the price tag .. they never asked for it, or said it was needed.

The only advice I would give is to return with a tracking number because packages seem to mysteriously disappear on our postal route if they don't have a tracking number on them!
