We were purchasing multiple shoes (over $500+ in value) and while we were trying them on, he kicked our boxes. We are visiting from NYC and even while we spoke perfect English, he talked to us like we were stupid when we asked for a VAT tax refund form (FYI they don't do VAT refunds at this shady store). The associates at the stores are very nice but the owner/manager (old guy who tried too hard to look young), his attitude is trash. Very annoyed by this experience and discrimination. Look at the reviews of this store on Google, reviews are disastrous in both German and English. Some customers even called the police on him. Would avoid 100%.

The stuff is a bit clueless and slow. They are not very clientfriendly (don't care to much). Always good to have a look when you are looking for something.
