The staff is kind but I waited over an hour past my appointment time for my dog to be seen. That should never happen.

They were wonderful with my new pup. And the crop job done on my Doberman was exactly what I was hoping for and very easy to care for!!!

His bum area was seeping, but I was not sure what it was as the smell was rather horrific. He would not or could not pee or poop in his litter box for 12+ hours before I could get him into see another doctor. I had no peace in taking him back to Eastside. I ended up taking him to a different vet. The other vet thought it was Bob Cat Fever initially. I was sent home with antibiotics, pain meds, and liquid food. I followed their directions explicitly. During this time, I noticed an open wound and it was leaking out junk and smelled horrible. I spent several days tending to him and over the course of those days this hole expanded quickly. I brought him back in to this second team of doctors where they determined that it was not Bob Cat Fever. The wound would have required extensive surgery and result in immobility for many weeks. There was no guarantee of any quality of life. The underlying cause was unknown but this doctor could not rule out recent surgery (since it was so close to the incision). Also, Derryberry claimed to have given my cat a comprehensive exam and charged me for doing so. Yet the 2nd veterinarian found a heart murmur. This would have been something Derryberry should have noticed, therefore I don't believe she examined my little guy as she said she did. I have no confidence of her work and would never recommend her to anyone. Since then, 2 people have asked me who I recommend for a vet. I told them anyone but Eastside Animal Hospital.

Greg Harris, DVM - This was my cat who had feline leukemia when she was born. This was taken where she was humanely euthanized.

When we called to get instructions because the package was for swine and other animals and the dosage didn't make sense they literally did not know how to tell us what to give the turkeys without overdosing them and told us to call another vet. I don't understand how a vet can prescribe medication but then not know how to give the medication to said animals. Super strange.

I was there to have my very sick cat euthanized, and she was questioning whether the cat was sick enough. For the record, I took my cat to another vet after I left there and the cat's veins were already collapsing. It took that vet three times to find a vein that wasn't collapsed. So after being ignored and treated very rudely, I took my cat and started to walk out the door and left a few choice words for Yadira on the way out and yeah, I cussed. I was mad. My cat was suffering and she didn't care. Then she followed me outside and told me to say what I said to her face. Which I could've sworn her face was in the room when I said it the first time. I was in the room and looking at her face when I said what I said. Anyway, she comes out, gets up in my face and starts yelling at me and told me I better be glad that two other employees came out behind her like a threat. I advised her that there was nothing she was going to do. Then the older woman whose name I don't know told me to leave the property and not come back. They do not have to worry about that. I will never be back. I see another review where a person was treated the same way with being ignored and not having their questions answered and being told not to come back. And I can guarantee you, Yadira was the vet. One of these days she's gonna tick off the wrong one and get that big mole knocked off her face. I'm really disappointed because I did send a message through Dr. Harris's Facebook advising him of all of this and I haven't heard anything back but in his defense, he may not have seen it. But I do expect to hear something back and I expect an apology from Yadira in front of the office employees.
