The hot sauce was flavorful but nothing special. As for the ambience the Taqueria is very laid back with a small dining area. They have a nice patio and you can bring your dog. Staff was attentive & quickly serving despite being busy and the phone constantly ringing. Food wasn't instant but rather fast. You can see them cook the meat fresh on the grill. And there's a reason I still come here frequently. Consistent, efficient, and affordable. The menu ranges from burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, occasional seasonal items, and custard. My go-to order is a deluxe burger w/ wild fries. This is my kryptonite. The burgers are the perfect size, always juicy with melty cheese. I actually like their lettuce and tomato, weird thing to comment I know, but it adds to the overall burger flavor. The fries are great, too. Sometimes I just grab them by the handful, forego ketchup, and stuff them down my gullet. If I want to change it up, I'll go with the Bambino slider pack, buffalo chicken sandwich, green chile fries, or tenders. I'm never disappointed when I come here. This is one of my favorite fast food joints ever. I love that I can claim them as my own here in Colorado. Started in Boulder in 1987 and have been crushing it since.
