I have just returned from Mawson Lakes florist extremely disappointed . On Wednesday morning I was given some yellow roses from ML florist already in water. By today they are dead. I took them back to the florist to see if they could shed any light on why they may have died. Both florists were totally uni terested in even looking at them and said I really needed the wrapping to prove they were from them. I said I had thrown the wrapper away as I didn't expect them to die in 2 days with which the florist retorted with "well I don't expect to die in two days either" at that point I left them on the counter and walked out. What disappoints me most was that I was actually there y3erday at around the same time buying flowers for someone. The florist has lost a customer now. I will never return. Very disappointed. I will also be posting this experience on social media. read more

This is the Best Florist I have come across in my area. I found the staff couldn't have been anymore helpful. They were more than happy to make a bouquet for me up on the spot, with my favorite colors & my flowers lasted me 3 weeks, I couldn't believe it. They are the only place I will be getting my flowers in the future. Very Happy & have recommended Mawson Lakes Florist to all my friends, family & even the guys at work. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent order I placed with Mawson Lakes Florist. A full bunch of gypsophila was pre-paid for a baptism, with confirmation that the order would be set aside and ready for collection. Upon arrival, a significantly reduced quantity was provided. After this was queried, it was explained that the flowers allocated to the order had been used for other customers and that there was insufficient stock remaining to fulfil the original purchase. The handling of the situation was particularly concerning. The communication received was dismissive, and during the interaction the flowers were dropped onto the floor in a manner that appeared unprofessional. An allegation was also made that raised voices were used, which was not the case. Although a refund was ultimately processed, the situation caused avoidable inconvenience and stress, particularly given the importance of the occasion. Replacement flowers then had to be sourced at short notice from another florist. This experience did not meet reasonable expectations in terms of order fulfilment, customer service, or professionalism. read more
