He answered all of our questions, provided photo examples of past projects and helped us feel completely confident in our color and style choices--often responding well after business hours. His customer service was truly outstanding. The three technicians, Michael, Andrew and Nathen, who installed our lights were equally impressive. They were warm, professional, and took the time to walk us through the entire process. They answered every question, made sure we were happy with the setup, and even complimented how festive our home would look once everything was complete. Despite the size of our home, they worked efficiently, cleanly, and with superb attention to detail. Our home looks beautiful, and the experience from start to finish was seamless.
