    Spaghetti & meatballs

Long timer customers of the Bitters location in SAT so we were super pumped to come here. First, food. Spaghetti and meatballs. Good noodle texture. Infamous NY style tomato sauce. Meatballs were a bit mushy but still hearty and flavorful. My eggs were cooked exactly how I asked, and the chicken / french toast combo is hard to beat. But like any new place: The team is still definitely training up and getting a rhythm down so we were def understanding about their mishaps. I am saying this as we did have a mishap that the manager and our server handled very well. Our order was delayed for quite some time and they apologized, and comped us free fries or onion rings. We chose the onion rings, and super crispy/fresh/well coated. Other than that! Service, food, vibes, and decor is on point! We love that there's modern but familiar vibe from their other location. Shout out to Tee and Otto(sorry if spelt wrong) for the great service. Ps, def check out Melvin's next door! Way more spacious and seating than the other location, same awesome fl

Nice addition to the Cibilo food desert. Thankful to have a restaurant that is full-size and able to provide delicious food for the area. Indoor and outdoor dining is available. Located close to the Santiko theater makes it an easy spot to pick up a meal before or after a show. We popped by for brunch on a weekday. Thoroughly enjoyed our food. Server was efficient and knowledgeable. They seem to work well together as a staff. French toast and omelettes were delicious. My only disappointment was that they did not have 2% milk for my latte. There is a large meeting space that can be used for parties and events. Catering is done through the corporate office. There is also a bakery, coffee shop for to go items.

My first impression of this restaurant definitely gives off classic diner vibes! The music was extremely loud, and the tables were packed very close together. a couple that was being seated next to us actually asked for a different table because they felt it was too cramped. I guess that's part of the New York style experience! The customer service was fantastic. Both the hostess and our server were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our server gave us recommendations and made the overall dining experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to how good it looked. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it had very little flavor. The onion rings were just okay. My daughter got the kidsmac and cheese, which was a huge portion, but it also lacked flavor. I was really disappointed because everything looked delicious when it came out. Maybe we just ordered the wrong items, but based on this visit, I'm not sure I'll be back.

My husband and 2 toddlers decided we'd eat out for breakfast. We arrived here about 7:45am on a Sunday and were sat immediately. It was definitely not crowded, just about less than half the tables were taken up while we were there. My husband and I shared some French toast and made it a "platter" to add the eggs and bacon. Our kids had French toast and silver dollar pancakes(which are ginormous!) our server was very kind and attentive. We felt comfortable and relaxed while eating breakfast here.

I met my friend here before we went to paint. Our server Natalia was a bubbly delight. She took care of all we wanted and she did it with a smile. We talked about the Spurs and other intriguing things. Now the food was on point! I had the French toast and an order of sausage. The syrup was nice and warm which provided even more enjoyment. I finished everything and was very satisfied. Hell's Kitchen played on screen and I enjoyed being on the receiving end of the kitchen. Great music piped through the restaurant inspiring me to dance and sing along. I look forward to going back!

We have been here twice already. The first time we came for happy hour and appetizers. Second we had breakfast. The food comes in an abundance. The sizes are definitely huge and I say it is more than enough to feed 2 people per dish. Unless you have a teenager. The food is delicious so far. I plan to come again and try more drinks during happy hour. Our choices have been great and not disappointing at all. Service has been excellent even if it has been busy. They have been very attentive. The diner is nice and spacious. Definitely a new experience for breakfast for us. I'm looking forward to trying the pastrami sandwich in the future. Today I sat at the bar. Ordered a Aperol Spritz and an Eclair. That Eclair was delicious!!! Definitely will order again.

Our waitress, Peyton, was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The food was decent. Everyone at my table enjoyed their food. I wasn't too fond of my buffalo chicken sandwich but I loved the fries. The chicken that they used were tenders I believe. It seemed as though the breading was thicker than the chicken. But overall it was a good experience to try out this new location. We've already visited the other location in San Antonio a few years ago and we loved it!

The best part of the visit was the service, he made us feel like we were the only table he was serving. The place had a fun ambiance, but the acoustics were difficult - it was so loud you could barely have a conversation at the table. The food was good, beautiful, but not as tasty as I remember our first visit. We'll have to give it a try on a different day.

First time to this establishment and I can say it was much better than I expected. We sat at the bar, as restaurant was packed. We had some great cocktails and lunch. The bar crew, Haven, C and Serena were fabulous! These girls are Michelin Star quality! Their hospitality and attention to detail was stellar! The entire experience was excellent as was the food! 5 Stars!

How can you relax and have a conversation with your friends or a date if you can't hear yourselves think? The service is nonexistent and that's fine because it's your basic fast food concept. Not a problem. However, the food is more industrial based than true Texas BBQ. My brisket was very dry. They slather a lot of BBQ sauce on top of your meat. Why? Because the meat is either old or dry or both. Mine was very dry. The beans were drenched in sugar. The Mac and Cheese lacked (cheese) taste. We love good BBQ. This is not good BBQ. Compare to the Burnt Bean in Sequin and you will understand. The burnt bean runs out of product leaving long lines for their food; it's real BBQ, fresh homemade food. You can taste it.

The good: The beer selection was solid, and the cucumber margarita was genuinely delicious. The not-so-good: * Wedge Salad: The salad itself was fine, but the highlight--bacon--was extremely sparse. Six tiny squares were placed on the edge of the plate, which felt oddly rationed and not nearly enough to enjoy throughout the salad. * Mussels: This was the most concerning dish. We expected mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce, but instead received them in a buttery yellow-orange sauce with a very unpleasant odor. The smell was not "fishy" but something far more off-putting--honestly resembling manure. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and don't send food back lightly, but this was not normal. The server said the smell was typical, suggesting vinegar may have made it "pungent." Ultimately, the manager told us we still needed to pay for the dish, which we did without argument, though the experience was disappointing. * Shrimp Appetizer: It was fine, but nothing memorable or worth raving about. * Burger: The patty was overcooked, the bun was dry, and the fries ended up being the best part--crispy and greasy. Overall, we were hoping for a much better experience. While the drinks were enjoyable, the food quality and response to legitimate concerns left a lot to be desired.
