Honest Review: I…read morehad been taking my dog here for regular baths and was happy with the service until the last few visits. The baths started taking much longer than normal, and this last visit took over three hours just for a bath. When I picked my dog up, I noticed something off when she couldn't jump in the car and now she will not put weight on her back foot or walk on it. I called to ask if there was any thing reported from her appointment and the front desk employee told me that she did jump from a kennel that was around three feet off the ground. My dog is not a small dog, and she's older so I find it very concerning that she was kept in a kennel that high. I'm also very disappointed with the customer service as well. I was previously overcharged for my membership and have made multiple attempts to reach the manager about it. Despite several calls, I still have not received a response. I had been a regular customer and was happy with this business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I trusted them with my dog and expected her to be treated with proper care. Unfortunately, after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable doing so.

Milo is still getting use to grooming and Kit was very understanding and adapted quickly to put him at ease. We were charged a special handling fee (extra$15) due to Milo not behaving during his groom, but now that Kit knows his idiosyncrasies, she said we will not be charged that again in the future. Otherwise, prices are the going rate for the area, but I like there is no up-charging- nails, glands, ear cleaning are all included in the price! Looking forward to going back.

Day care, boarding, and the other services (ie. nail trimming, etc) are top notch. When our dog is there she only spends time in a crate for nap/sleep time. The rest of the time it is open play in a gym-like area or outside. You know the place is pretty awesome when your dog, upon know she is in the parking lot, goes nuts and can't wait to get inside and then greets the staff by giving kisses and rolling around on the floor.

As a matter of fact she was being very careful given me the dog to take with me. Even though they know my name and they knew I was coming in today. Furthermore they had his name wrong and they called him a different name which I corrected them. So other than that I have sat this particular dog several times in the past and I always pick them up at Dogtopia, love this! I also noticed they do have dog treats in the very front and a jar. That was a nice gesture to give treats to visitors and their dogs bringing them in or taking them. As a dog lover myself definitely would recommend this location they're very careful with your dog and make sure they're treated with great respect and treated very well. They even send you home with a report card of how the dog did while being at this Cool place! One negative I have to point out they have a school right across the way for children so they do tend to have a lot of parking and 1 guy that was backing up almost hit me today. I had to yell at him but he seemed like he might have been a little off. Picking up his children. So that is the only negative I have to say is that when people are picking up their children you could back into them so you have to be very careful at this location. Had to find a new place for my dog to get his nails trimmed and I found Barklee's pet salon…read more I first called to make an appointment and they were very nice on the phone but I had trouble finding them because they have a different name which used to be another business. This is located on Lohmann''s Spurr Crossing in Lakeway. Just so not everyone understands that it used to be Sydnee's pet salon and that's where the confusion went is the directions that was given to me. So after finding this location I was very happy to trust the nail technician to my adorable dog. Titus was nervous first but was calmly happy to see me at the end the nail trimming took about 10 minutes and it was very reasonable to pay plus I gave a nice tip. I am so grateful because my dog's nails were getting too long and now I found a place that I can trust with my dog.

She once changed my dog's food without my approval, then charged me for it, that wasn't free, and then left a voicemail calling my dog by the wrong name. How can she claim to know my dog's history if she doesn't even know her name? My suggestions get your story straight before calling. Unfortunately, I've heard similar complaints in the community and they have moved their business elsewhere due to her, the owner, Wendee, disrespectful behavior, which seems to be a pattern. In my opinion, there are other companies that provide better service, more flexible pick-up and drop-off times, and a kinder approach. I can now book flights that fit my budget and choose a care provider that values me and my pet.
