Local Management: Please ensure that Rich and Mary-Beth are recognized for their hard work and deligent efforts; as this is not the typical experience at gas stations. They are great for your brand.

Never had any issues with the chargers here *knock on wood* It faces the interstate. Located next to a hotel and a restaurant and a gas station that is within walking distance but not as close like other superchargers. So why a 4 star review? You have to walk a ways if you need to use the restroom....you have to walk about 5 mins to go to the gas station if you need to use the restroom if you're in the middle of a charge. Usually we just stop to use before charging or after. But if you have kids, they can surprise you with potty breaks anytime hahaha

Which I proceeded to do in their parking lot... Some of the employees came out on their breaks and not once said anything to me nor did they call the police on me... They did what we all wish every other American would do these days, they minded their own business... After about an hour cat nap, I felt decently refreshed and went inside to use the facilities and I bought some of their hot food items... I tell you what, NEVER in a million years would I have thought that I would eat the best BBQ rib sandwich from a gas station... But I did, and next time on my route, I will purposely stop here for gas and nice hot rib sandwich!! :) :D

I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted. You have my number if you wanted to make this right otherwise I will be posting this on social media and telling everyone I can just how bad you all are.

My sister in WKY found this guys contact info, I called him, he was on his way from Nashville and drove straight to us. He knew over the phone what it was and assured me he could fix it, so we instantly felt relieved. He was very professional, he pulled behind my car and had caution lights on his truck, so finally cars were avoiding my lane. Price was very affordable. I have saved his info in case I need to call him again as I drive in KY often. He was a lifesaver that day and saved me days of headache from possible tow out of state.

They quoted me a number that I was happy with so I gave them the go-ahead on the repair. They called the following day to say it was ready to go and my bill had come in well under the quoted number (saving me approx $130 under the quote). To date, a year on, no leaks or issues whatsoever with the repair. I am definitely satisfied with my experience at this location and am actually headed over to discuss another issue with them this week.

They replaced the bad one and broke the good one. They then refused to acknowledge their mistake even though the evidence discovered when I returned home by my regular mechanic is undeniable and scary. It's not an overstatement to say they allowed me to drive away in a car that should not have been on the road. It was a safety hazard to me and other drivers. They exacerbated one of the worst periods of time in my life. Their shoddy work cost me a lot of money, paid to them for my "repair" and then fixing what they broke when I returned home. If you break down in Paducah, KY., I suggest you use another repair shop.
