***ATTENTION*** if you are trying to decide whether or not to hire this company, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! please take the time to read their numerous one star reviews! There are some REAL customer reviews here at the bottom of this page, and there are some on google. especially google. anyway, i made the mistake of hiring this company a few months ago, but hopefully you will not. all the way around, max market is just a bad company, with bad employees. personally, never before have I witnessed so many unprofessional and incompetent people working at one location. What maxmarket (brandon, luke, lawrence, john, etc.) did when i hired them was borderline fraudulent. they never completed any task assigned to them, whether it was a webpage design, keeping and attending an appointment/meeting, or even just something as simple as returning a phone call. they are a hugely irresponsible group as a whole, lacking accountability and integrity. its really a damn shame. ...and like many other former, unsatisfied customers have already stated, dont ever ask max market to show you proof of their work, or expect a call back, or actually expect to see your business at the top of any search. They never performed ANY of the work they said they would do. Even when i tried to recoup some of the money i spent with them because they have 'guarantees', they just said "sure, we will give you your money back", but they never did. Since then, when i ask where my money is?, or when should I expect the refund to be transferred into my bank account?, they just tell me that they will have to call me back, or that, "the accounting person isnt available right now", or they just flat out hang up the phone. Only legal recourse i have at this point is to take them to small claims court for the money, but its not worth the time. ...and max market knows this. ...and that is why they are a sht company! This is a company that hires child-like people whose only job appears to be selling you their service. After several months of waiting to hear back from them, I requested information from my website they "built" me, so the new company I had to hire with a completely new domain name could help me remove the trash site they were charging me $300/month for. I immediately left all intentions to care, just as I received 0 emails and 0 attempts to reach out from them. The website has 1 very important piece of information for my line of work: it has a client inquiry for them to fill out if they would like to be contacted for work we provide. It stopped all future payments expecting a follow-up from someone regarding my satisfaction, and heard nothing. To my knowledge, they weren't charging me because they were FULLY aware they knew there's no product to charge for, and 1 glimpse of the site showed less than 5 minutes with no effort or pride taken from the builder. After requesting the information for my new Max Market Pros assist taking the dis functional site, they expected money for, some "dude-bro" calls me and harasses me saying I'm a 12-year old because my phone battery was nearly dead, and says I need to pay for my website from the past 5 months of silence. Extremely unprofessional, and expects me to pay him $275 for the information + the other 99 trash customer services they falsely thought they would be paid for not providing. No matter your industry, I hope you read this before doing any sort of business with this "company", as I'm not aiming to affect their company negatively. I'm stating to the general public, this is the worst company, least knowledgeable staff and downright rude and laziest joke of marketing out there.
