They are attentive and professional. The atmosphere in the diner is lively as you would expect from an American diner, and although I've never been to a diner in America, it is everything that I would expect. From their music, to the uniforms the staff ware, culminating in the food. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food in my opinion is outstanding. I have been to a lot of burger restaurants, and establishments claiming to be diners, however this restaurant has to be the most authentic I have visited in all of my time in Germany. Prime location with a very large patio dining area. Inside is pretty sizey as well. Here's the main glitch, though they were busy, they were far from being in the weeds! Plenty of vacant tables inside and plenty of staff on hand. Now, maybe the kitchen was understaffed, but clearly the wait staff wasn't. Then to add insult to injury, after getting ready to roll I find out they do not accept debit cards, cash only.
