Small problem is there were never any condos at the address in the loan papers. Other loans to companies and people with multiple bankruptcies. Moldaver charges for both broker fees and legal fees which leave him conflicted because the brokerage fees are 5X the legal fees. He should have negative stars as one star is far too generous. If you are someone considering investing in a private mortgage please do yourself a favour and don't do it.
