You been told by the insurance that one of Gallosa employee will come to check the car at your house, they will never come (of course the mechanic took the gain from the insurance compaby claiming that he wil come without go). If the car it doesn't move you have to pay a towl service at your carge (insurance doesn't cover). Then you have to wait a insider job where an employed that work for the insurance at Gallosa prepare document for your car implying that you car it will be fix at insurance charge. Beside to tell you that until you didn't go to the cop to pick up the accident report, send to the insurance, wait for the insurance supervisor to made viscid agreement with him you will not have the car fix (no one tells you because they damage for some one that works is high and they doesn't want to face trouble to tells the true to the people that has to learn it in the hard way) After that you will find out that the insurance only conver a portion of the restoration. In USA he would be charged and toke in court for good. Here he can also have the balls to put out a notice that if you paid in cash he will not charge you the taxes. Of course, what's wrong to declair that if he can frode the IRS? Puerto Rico is sinking due to a mass of criminal like this ones.
