We were told that the chiller system was up and running but as it turns out only three of the five compressors were actually functioning when they were supposedly all repaired. Now residents are either incurring high Epcor bills from using portable air conditioners we purchased and/or having to run fans all the time in order to try to stay cool. Residents have tried reaching out to Dawn from Core in regards to this matter and she never bothered to respond. Core upped our condo fees which I completely understand needs to be done HOWEVER we residents should see results not hollow promises of things being fixed.

When I explained that I was not appreciative of her tone with me on the phone, she then told me "well that's for sure not going to get you anywhere." needless to say I ended up paying 140$ from my own pocket due to miscommunication between Inland and the maintenance crew; as well as having to be told by the president of Inland mgmt, Kate Brisson, that asking for politeness will "get me nowhere" very poorly run.

Over about nine months, Premiere Property Management, owned and operated by Brent Graham, consistently failed to live up to the terms of our contract with them. When presented with evidence of that, they failed utterly to address the problems in any serious way. Confidentially agreements rule out our being able to share specific examples of Premiere's over-stepping of authority, bad advice, rudeness, underhandedness, lack of responsibility, failure to meet everyday norms of property management and maintenance services, and extremely poor performance overall. We are relieved to be rid of them. Volunteer condo directors have enough thankless work to do without having to deal with the mess that we faced with Premiere, so we feel compelled to review here in support of our fellow condo volunteers.

All I did was go down to the office and ask for one and told them which building I lived in...No asking for I.D, no proof of address, nor did they take the fob number down to know who has which fob. Just found one in the desk and handed it over. As for their contractors, I had someone just walk right into my unit while my girl friend was alone just getting out of the shower. No warning from the management company that they would be doing work in the unit, and not even a knock! Then they left a huge mess in my bathroom but said they'd be back the next day to clean up... Just a few examples of their management expertise...Horrible experience. 1 star.
