My appointment was at 4pm and walked in at 3:53pm. Once I arrived, Carol told me it would just be a few minutes. However, she had just sat another girl at her station. I was very patient waiting on Carol but once 4:30pm hit, I asked Carol how much longer it would take because I literally had an appointment at 4pm. Her reply was "Oh yeah sorry but she came first" even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I was so extremely annoyed. In my eyes, that was unprofessional. I would have preferred for Carol to be honest and turn away my appointment from the very beginning rather than have me wait. And waiting was not the issue, it was the principle of Carol not honoring my appointment. I got there on time, I wasn't late, so Carol could've taken me in first. But oh well, they lost my business! While she was threading, I felt her taking off more hair on the left side and it even hurt enough that I said "Ouch!" and asked "You're not making them thinner, right?" She said "No." When she handed me the mirror, my left eyebrow was noticeably thinner than my right. I always ask for just a clean up because I love my thick brows and now they're uneven right before a special event!
