Super cool store! Very huge and even have Native American jewelry. I was looking for a pair of salt n pepper shaker for the kitchen. I happen to stumble upon one lol they are a set of Native American corn! It was 7.00 for the set. I mean - I love this antique store. They have r a great group of vendors and there is always new stuff. They expanded to the store beside them a few years ago and it's even better. Staff is quick to open a case. They hold stuff up front while you shop. If the item is $$$ they will call vendor about a lower price. Not super handicap friendly but manageable. One of my favorite stops on the street and main reason we keep coming back to town. Parking lot for area is 1 block from this location. read more

Had some cute and real antiquey things. Wide ranging selection for sure! There is something for everyone and the prices are really reasonable. Again, staff is welcoming and friendly. Not bad for a cute small town antique store. I will definitely go back (as I'm seeking some furniture)! read more

We made the mistake of parking behind the building and entering the store from the back door. The lower level there that we walked through to the stairs that led upstairs stunk so bad of cigarette smoke. They had good prices in that section but you would have had to work hard to rid the pieces of the smell. Everyone in my party commented on it. Luckily the next level was clean and smelled fine. Some very deep cleaning needs to be done on that lower level with a machine brought in to rid that area of the stench of cigarettes. read more

My husband and I spent hours in this antique store a few days ago and did not even see the whole place. It seems small from the outside but it is HUGE! It just kept going and going! There are endless booths and lots of really cool vintage items on display. I really like that there is a sign on the door that says dogs are welcome and another sign that says to hold children's hands while in the store! Love that!! I have been shopping here for years and I very rarely leave empty handed. The store can look a little crowded and the layout can be a little confusing so that you have to walk back to sections you missed, but overall, every inch of the place is filled with special finds. They offer everything from antique books, comic books, glassware, furniture, jewelry, art, tools, toys, war memorabilia, home goods, signs, and collectibles of all kinds. So, there is definitely something for everyone in the family to appreciate here, though many sections have open glassware so they aren't exactly small child friendly. Keep in mind, it is bigger than how it looks from outside, and takes me about an hour to browse each section every time I come in. The layout itself is made up of booths/sections for independent vendors, and everything is usually clean and easy to get to (not so cluttered you have to dig through things). What sets this shop apart for me though, is how affordable many things are here. Every booth is different, and it appears glassware, furniture, and artisan goods tend to be more expensive than other things in the store, but still I always manage to find good deals. They also not only sale antiques, but crafts and art from local artisans as well. While shopping you can always bring your stuff up to the counter, so you aren't walking around with your hands full, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your purchase makes it home safely. Personally, I buy a lot of antique books here and they make sure to wrap each one in paper for me, and those little details always really top off my experience here. A pro-tip for visitors, many people I've talked to over the years looking for a souvenir who don't want a cheesy Mayberry shirt always end up finding something special here. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this shop to any collector who finds themselves in the area, as well as anyone who finds themselves on Main Street 'Mayberry' for the day who wants to enjoy our great local businesses. read more

This store is deceiving but in such a great way! It doesn't look as big on the outside as it is on the inside. I could have literally spent all day walking around in here. They have some really neat and unique things. I found a doily unexpectedly and had been looking for one for the longest time! They had a lot of NASCAR memorabilia and a good selection of vinyl records. I would definitely recommend stopping here to check out what they have to offer! This is a good antique store. Took me two hours to walk she whole store to find things to spend my money on ( i bought 3 decently priced pocket watches, some brass goblets with a tray, an ash tray made of onyx, all for around $100!) Also, the staff is super helpful. Theyll check on you from time to time and make sure youre doing alright, unlocking locked cases, and taking your goods up to the register while you look. read more

It took my husband and I hours to get through the whole store and we did not leave empty handed. The store is made up of "booths" where different vendors have set up their antiques to sell. It's nice because people are not in every section pressuring you to buy and the ladies in the front are very helpful. You can spend as long as you want looking through each section, picking the items you want and then pay for everything in the front when you're ready. Just don't checkout before you explore downstairs! We found an entire room full of records and music memorabilia. There are definitely some hidden gems and dogs are even welcome! read more

Located on Main Street, a happening place in Mount Airy. A fairy large antique shop with many interesting items well displayed. We probably spend 45 minutes looking around. Hubby bought me a very sweet Beatrix Potter porcelain music box featuring Hunca Hunca beautifully painted. We also bought a tasty piece of chocolate candy. Items were a bit pricy. read more
