He came out, assessed my property and gave me a proposal. We agreed on a date the following week. Scott arrived on time and commenced the job which included covering and pre-treating plants, washing, walls, soffits, eaves, decks, screens and windows. Scott worked meticulously through the day to rid the nooks and crannies of spider webs, egg sacs, dust and dirt. At the end of the day he said, "Please call me if there's anything you're not satisfied with and I will come back out and make it right". The next morning when the house had dried, there some places that needed some additional cleaning and the windows needed a little more work. I called Scott, he came out the following morning, made good on everything that we'd requested. He did a great job. Attention to detail is great. He cares about customer satisfaction!
