You can imagine my surprise when Dan Moore(Vietnam Vet) did a free water test and he said you don't need this thing or that thing for my system. He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. I took it in and in about 1 week I had my vacuum back and running like new. I recently took in my 2nd vacuum, a phantom fury (which I've had for over 20 years) to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately the company went out of business several years ago and they couldn't get the new seal it needed. However, they had some brand refurbished Bissell's there for around $70 so I bought one to replace my Phantom. The staff there are very thorough and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for your vacuum repair, service or parts (filters, bags, etc.)

The original contractor disappeared before All-Star arrived and they never checked their work and we had no contact for 2 days! All-Star saved us from getting screwed out of $3500 by the others! Even though the pumping job was completed (clean up etc) and All-Star had no obligation to do so, they still called a couple days later just to see how things were going and if we were able to get the pump replaced. It's the little things like this (communication, honesty, follow-up, NO BS) and when someone goes out of his way to help and show they care!! Trust All-Star to do it right - THANKS!
