When I first used Mayflower they were really helpful and provided good support. However now they have outsourced their support and it is now the worst company to deal with that you can imagine. You call up for support and a person at the end of the phone takes down your details to call you back but no one actually bothers to call you back. After 3-4 calls you may be lucky enough for them to call you back.
However the people have no idea how to resolve the problem and are very blase as they are not really part of the company. Therefore any small issue that previously the company would assist with - the new outsourced company which trades under the same name as Mayflower will try and charge you for it.
I will be looking for a new support contract elsewhere next year as this company is not customer service centric. read more
