Fedex has been lying to me every day since January 6th, it is now the 22nd. Everyday they email me…read morethat my package is out for delivery, then every evening they email me that it is delayed. I've called customer service twice and they just tell me it is on the van for delivery that day, and assure me it will come but it doesn't. They are now up to 3 packages they load on the truck every day and then don't deliver to me. I can't talk to a person at the Grand Island hub and can't find their number. I have no idea how to actually get my packages.

THE WORST delivery experience with this hub. On three separate occasions our delivery driver just…read moredecided to pack it up for the day (especially Fridays) and just not deliver our packages. All were time sensitive but one in particular is my daughter's seizure medication!! Tracking number says that delivery wasn't even attempted. Wish there was a number for the facility but of course, it's an internal number so we have to call the 800 number and hope that they can track this down. Needless to say, we are livid with this facility. Absolutely awful and we will NEVER use FedEx again if we have the choice.
