The old guy refused to answer any of my family members questions other than just keeps sending me the state statue that literally makes no sense for the case. Upon asking questions, he would go on to ignore them and considered the matter closed without my consent. I continued and pressed hime for details and clarification but he processed to ignore emails and false accuses of harassment when my family member trying to answers for his case.... he refused to meet the contractual agreement and obligation for which he was paid. The guy is either drunk or losing his mind as he kept calling my family member at 9am at night to yell at me and make threats towards me then processed to say "I will make you pay for this" among other threats. As others have stated.... he will YELL at you due his lack of knowledge and unethical business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
