It was a bit disappointing and very inconvenient that the WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ and $1 coins. The DRYERS and Triple Load WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ coins. But They have a functioning Change dispensing machine on site. Also, there are no instructions or guides on how to use each type of machine (especially the triple load washers). So, a first time user will be super confused. This isn't helped by the lack of staff on site. They have a secure Free WiFi and a TV that's on sometimes - though the channels are not my taste. There were brooms around to allow you clean up after yourself. Helpful. They also have a soap, bleach and softener dispenser on site (at extra cost). Along with a snack and soda machine. Just pray it doesn't steal your coins. I can't recommend the business because in addition to a few issues above, the owner is a little inappropriate or disrespectful in attitude when they do show up. Not a good thing considering the laundry is located in a religious Jewish neighbourhood with families. They recently added professional laundry/dry-cleaning services where you submit your clothes to the staff and they do a professional wash.

This laundromat, plus wash-and-fold did exceptional work from start to finish! They picked up my loads in a timely manner, and brought them back just as quickly. Everything was folded beautifully, but what pleased me the most was how my garments and other washables were separated according to category - like a bag for tops, a bag for pants, a bag for sheets etc., Sarah, Nicole and Gary are also very friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices too. I HIGHLY recommend The Wash!

Laundromat is always very clean. They have a sufficiently wide range of washers (Small/Double Load…read more@ $3 per load. Medium/Triple load @ $4 per load. Maxi loaders @ $5.50 per load). The space/walkway is fairly narrow which might be a problem considering the place is always crowded, even on weekdays. They have a fairly high number of tables but they are placed in the crowded walkway too. They also have very few chairs and laundry baskets. Their hours are great (6:30am or even 5:30am in the Summer all the way to 11:30pm). There's an ATM (but it DOESN'T work). Other useful things on site are Vending machines for snacks/beverages, Change machine/dispenser, Washing sink, Dispenser for detergents/bleach/softner/laundry bag ($1 each) and Wi-Fi (but the WiFi is super slow or even non-functional a lot of times. The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. The items were returned today, but not as handed over. Some items were washed, some were not, and the best part was the unrequested dye job, NOT. Many of the items have fond memories attached, and now they are ruined, no warning phone call to say, "Hey we screwed up". Very irritating. If I could give minus stars I would. Won't recommend or use this service ever again. I get sh*t happens, but you have to own the sh*t when it happens, and you failed miserably.

Took a Mackage down coat to have it dry cleaned, he said that he'll send it in to the same cleaner that Mackage recommends. I paid $60+ and it came back a mess. The fur was no longer luscious instead it looked fried, tangled and messy. The size of the coat also shrank to the point where I can't even wear it. Given it was a third party who cleaned it I didn't write a bad review for them last time. This time I sent in an intricate sweater for dry cleaning and when it came back the length of the sweater was uneven. The back was noticeably longer than the front and the sweater lost its original shape. Also the male owner pulls price out of thin air. He'll charge whatever he feels like that day.
