He suggested a practical solution: replace only the panel serving the new outlet. So, au dutifully waited and called two months later and was told that they're busy and might be able to "JAM" the job in a few weeks out but can't promise, and Chuck's attitude was so defeatist--he said I can get someone else...This isn't responsible nor ethical. Their name should be "DELAYED" or rather "We'll cancel after we string you along ..." Really disappointing, guys, and i'm spreading the word.
